The Parkland Music Festival awards a number of performance scholarships to students who perform exceptionally well. Chosen by the adjudicator, each scholarship winner is presented with their award at the annual Showcase Concert. Scholarships vary from year to year depending upon donations and disciplines offered at the festival. Generally scholarships are available in piano, composition, speech arts and voice. Please check the eligibility requirements for scholarships as outlined in the Syllabus. To be eligible for a scholarship, student must live or study in Parkland County (including Spruce Grove and Stony Plain) and area as detailed in the syllabus or be a student of a teacher of the Parlkand Music Teacher's Association.Â

Parkland Music Festival donors contribute 1/2 of the provincial recommendation fee for those recommended to the Alberta Provincial Music Festival held in May of each year.
